Welcome to the EAST Trauma Bay!
Trauma Bay is a private social network for members of the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma. In a members-only, password protected area, you can share interests and information and network with members regardless of geographic location. Share documents, events, and news-worthy updates with other EAST members.
How does it work?
- Login—Login above using the same credentials you use to access member-only areas on www.east.org.
- Connect—Update your profile (so that others can more easily find you) and search for other members that share your interests.
- Engage—Post and tag content, ask and answer questions, and share documents. The more you participate the more valuable this resource will become for the entire EAST membership.
What's a tag?
Tags are descriptive words or phrases entered by users to describe the content they post. The system uses tags to find other users and content that are likely to match your interests. For example, a document and an event tagged "rural trauma" will be linked by the system (a simple but powerful way for users to form interest groups). Multiple tags can be applied to anything you share. Explore existing tags to find content you're interested in.
